GIVEAWAY QUESTIONS & NOTES:
1) How much is it to order TPW-1081 (or 1080), if we were to order 350 to 400 pieces?
300-400 = 18.7/piece

2) Is there any price difference for the other color?
No price difference between the black & silver or the brown & gold.
The metal decor is electroplated metal. They will get back to me on how long would it last.
3) What is included if we order this particular giveaway?
The heart binding, the box, a 3x3cm card (with laser name, date &/or decor), and gold ribbon. These are all packaged upon delivery.
Card can either be placed in the box or tied outside of the box. The card is on gold and can choose what ink to print the names and design.
4) Is the "heart binding" included? In the show, it was included with the box.

5) How long does it take to order, given the number of pieces desired?
2 months
6) How will they deliver the orders? Can they deliver to my home address on the weekend?

7) How do I pay them? How much downpayment should I put down? Do they take personal checks?
Payment can be direct deposit to their account or checks. 50% of amount must be paid when ordering; while the rest must be paid three days before the delivery of the actual items.
8) When shipped out, are the items already packaged for distribution or will I have to assemble them at home?
All packaged ready for distribution.
9) Can I purchase samples for my partner (overseas based) to see?
No, they do not sell retail.
